Sunday YOGA

Sunday……this means YOGA! I can’t believe I’ve been doing yoga pretty much every Sunday for an entire Year!!

I consider myself a tough girl, even still a bit of a tomboy at heart, and I was never a fan of yoga. I thought it was ‘easy’ and too ‘girly’ of a workout. Well, I definitely don’t feel that way anymore!

This workout is a game changer. It’s just what your body needs after a week of hardcore workouts or basically a week of just being a momma and a wife!

I’m even going to add in some PiYO this week too to my weekly workouts with my online accountability groups, I never thought I would say that!

I still can’t believe I am!! Pilates plus yoga equals PiYO!!



Low impact but high intensity! I’ll take it! Wearing camouflage during the workouts makes me feel even tougher !!!!

On Sunday it’s camo and yoga for me…..and now it’s time for coffee. β˜•!
