It’s so hard to stay on track when you are out all day long, right?

Well, it doesn’t have to be!  Plan ahead!  I packed this the night before our big trip to St. Augustine with my 4th grader.  Here’s what we have:

egg mini muffins

mixed raw veggies and hummus




2 wraps (1 for me – spinach with chicken and mustard, and 1 for my daughter – peanut butter and banana)


LA Croix


nutella treat for my daugher

ipad and books and headphones!

Also, gum and some chocolates!

We had a great day!  And we may have had a little ICE CREAM treat too!  When you work hard, you play hard.  It’s life, enjoy it!
