Chicken Wings

Healthy Chicken Wings

(Your Husband will even love them, and the kids too)

Ingredients:

2 pounds of chicken Wings (take the skin off if you can)

1/4 cup hot sauce (preferably with NO SUGAR!)

1/4 cup apple cider vineagar

1/4 cup of olive oil

FRESH SPICES – cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, parsley, oregano – whatever you like)

 

Shake around all ingredients in a ZIPLOC bag!  Spread on cookie sheet.  Bake in the oven at 375 for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven power.  You may want to BROIL at the end to really crisp them up!

 

Sauce on the side

Plain GREEK yogurt mixed with hot sauce, that’s it!
